Ohio Properties was established in 1995. Since that point in time, Ohio Properties has concentrated on Indianapolis' south sides immense growth. Ohio Properties' headquarters is located at Emerson Way, one of our many facilities in Greenwood, Indiana. In 2005, we completed a new retail center called the Pointe' at Smith Valley. Our future goals are to continue in the development of new retail centers in great locations and highly populated areas.
